I'd have to agree. But can we extend this to people in Texas? I grew up with snow in NW Oklahoma and everyone was driving 5mph. My truck isnt even 4wd and I was passing everyone. I'd like to keep old people off the road period. Yesterday, this little old lady just blew right through a redlight that had been red for a good 10 seconds. If I had been crossing that intersections a couple seconds earlier, she would have nailed me. I think they need to take a driving test every year after 70

Well I was kinda thinking the same thing, but my grandma is like, 74, but can drive perfectly fine. She's a 30 year old trapped in a 74 year old's body.

they have talked about that here. only problem is if they take their license away for not passing a driving test, then the state has to pay for their transportation to anywhere they want to drive to.
