Started first 'glass project today...help me!

velcro might make it a bit wobbly. i dont know though.

as far as the mid and tweet, id make sure the diamater of them both and make a baffle that is the size of that triangle shape, and flush mount both in it.

then just use some CA glue to secure the baffle to the pod, and bodyfil the edges to make it smooth. make life easy.

id prolly use some quality rubber cement to put the vynl on. you paint both things with the rubber cement. and then wait like 30 minutes until both sides get tacky, and then stretch it over the baffle. maybe use a hair drier to help the edge stretch a bit. staples around the back would help, but you dont want to add to much thickness to the sides\back or it wont fit right.

lol. not CA.com glue //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

CA glue, as in "cyanocrylate" - it is the active ingrediant. the accelerator basically gets the glue to cure in a bout 20 seconds tops, and it sets in about 2 seconds. so no more holding it until it cures. you just squirt the glue down, and then spray it a few times with that brown shit, and then let it sit for the inside of the glue to cure and voila. then just bondo over the seam for a smooth transition //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
