Pens aren't gonna be as good as they are now. Too many free agents. They'll still be a cup contender, but I won't put my money on them.

Wings however will only improve this off season. I think.

You know how many times a Stanely Cup Finals loser is picked to win it the following year?? Just about every year. There are TOO MANY variables that can happen during an off season and the following regular season that could prevent ANY team from reaching the Finals.

Detroit however always seems to be in the thick of it. This year the Wings had most of the team that had never won a cup. Now that they've won it.........how hungry will they be next year??????? Yes, I agree this is NO way to be. As I stated a couple days ago in this thread that it is the league and the media that have portrayed Crosby to be SOOOOOOOO great. Truth is, he really IS good. But he's also very young. He's going to get much better with experience. Losing to the Red Wings in the Finals is probably the best thing for his career. He wins it all this year and what else is there to play for??
