standard slot port in need of help please

okay my fault but i was being creative and was trying to get my slot port to fit my 2 15s with the space i had i had 35 inches wide and the box is 35l x 25d x 18 high the 2 15s will not fit on the front can i mount them on the top? will this effect anything? going in a blazar
