i wish it woulda passed full force to be quite honest. the mayor of stl stated he would make it for only residential areas, and no real retstricted equipment. I wish it woulda passed.

I see what you mean but you have to look at it like this. If they would have gotten away with passing this then it would have opened the door to them being able to do worse the next time.

Yup, what are they gonna do next...take your house for a noise violation?

Now if you get caught rolling through residential areas blasting your music at 2 in the morning, I think you should get a good sized fine.
