ssa dcon vs arc audio ks10

Hello all. I'm a nooIb and this is my first post. I was looking for a sound quality 10 inch sub with some kick to it and a max of 300rms. The ssa dcon 10 and the arc audio ks 10 or arc 10 were my final choices. I have a 8th civic sedan and I need trunk space. I want to go sealed but I wouldnt mind a small ported enclosure. Out of those 3 subs, which one would you guys choose. They are both in my 200 dollar or below price range. Thank you in advance.
