Squelch and Popping Noise Mystery

I've read the sticky ground loop thread a few times and also reviewed many other grounding threads.

I'm not getting "alt whine" but instead two different noises that sound like pops and squelches. The pops are clearly pops. The squelches are almost squeaks but not as high pitched. LOL, don't know how else to describe these noises.

Anyone had noises just like this before?

The problem disappeared for a while after one of my many regrounds of my HU, but I think it came back when I was tweaking my amp gain on my 300/2.

I have an Alpine HU and have grounded my HU and 300/2 amp to the same place.

I have changed my grounds several times but that doesn't seem to have solved the problem for good. Plus DMM testing says it's a good ground. My 500/1 is grounded to another good place.

RCA wires are mostly separated from the power wire as advised. All wiring is 4 gauge except my HU ground which is a 16g.

I have NOT wrapped my HU RCA plugs with ground wire, sounds like that is a Pioneer problem and I'm not sure I need to do that.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting this?

Like @maylar said, delay the turn on to the amplifier only. 3 to 5 seconds should take care of it.
