it does it all the time and i checked my door speakers and it wasent from there or the subs.
fan belt? pop hood and see if its comen from there

Serpentine Belt or a pulley along the way could make that noise 24/7 when car running...

i turned my stuff off it does it when im sitting at a light sometimes and when im moving but didnt do it when i was completly stoped and ready to go into the house
