Banning members for oversized avatars that they had no control over is not only unfair to our members, but illogical on your part.
I put mods in place to moderate the forum, not take random, idiotic actions against our members.

Please, next time use your brain before banning a member. Don't do it again.

Well, at least someone did something. Why don't you man up and get rid of the mods that just use this place as their e-playground. I don't think Squeak has the power, otherwise I believe he would. You know which ones are very childish ( including the one who appoints the obnoxious avatars.) and you do nothing.

Hard for someone outside of a private convo to distinguish between whether someone asked or was simply forced. So someone had to take the hard line and ban all no matter what the circumstance. He should be commended for his decisive action.

Hard for someone outside of a private convo to distinguish between whether someone asked or was simply forced. So someone had to take the hard line and ban all no matter what the circumstance. He should be commended for his decisive action.

How would he know which mod is applying the avatars? I don't believe the software logs this. I could be wrong, but last time I ran a board I didn't see that log. Or should we act on hearsay and speculation?

All this complaining, it's crazy. Squeek is one of the better mods here IMO. The bug avatars were annoying after awhile, I can see for a few days but after weeks it gets old.
