JL " Take it to a dealer and have them test the sub " The dealer in town hates me every time I go in there because I didn't buy crap from them cause they to **** expensive. Why get 2 P1's with a 200-2 amp when I can get a JL 13W7 and 1000/1 for same price.....

AudioVisionz?

If so, wait until the owner is working and tell him exactly what is going on and what JL said. I bought some w3v2's from Custom Sounds in Fairview Heights and since I installed them myself they would only warranty for like either 90 days or a year, can't remember. Either way, I am pretty sure I clipped the hell out of one of the subs and asked him what to do. He had me pay like 15bucks, sent it to JL and got me a new sub.

Dude a lot of us have been there. It is a learning experience. I had a couple RF HE2's for my first subs. I bought em before I got my license and hooked em up in my buddy's car. It wasn't long before we blew one of them. After that I had a 15in Power HX2. I didn't know much about subs so I bought a box from a local place in Centralia. It was like 2.4cu sealed. I overexerted that sub because it was meant for a smaller box.

One of the biggest lessons I have learned in Car Audio, is if you want there to be less problems and better results, do not get in a hurry for shit. Do research and plan.

Went to Audiovisions today. They said it's the box. I don't know if it is.... I just bought the box off of ebay. It's only 1 week old if that. .75 mdf on sides. 1 inch on the front where its supported.
