Any good resources for research both on general tips and specific issues (forums and the like)?

I basically inherited SQL administration when someone left my company and I'd love to be able to kick *** to maintain the image that I always hit the ground running at full speed (started off working in the warehouse moving boxes lol).

I know a decent amount about it at this point, intermediate t-SQL, DTS packages, upsizing, some indexing stuff....but I want to keep up the learnins.

Any good sites? I'll take anything: reference, articles...whatever you have found useful.
