really depends on what you want to spend. I really like the DLS UP series, they sound great even from factory locations. you could also go with any decent component set, DLS, Boston, Focal, Kicker rs or ss. and go with the mid in the door and easily mount the tweeter in the a pillar. As far as coaxs go i really like the pioneer revs for sound and price.

 
Gotta go with Dls UP series- they sound wicked good with a minimum of tuning- the best components that aren't $800 Dynaudios in my opinion- and fit in most doors easily.

Yes. Only thing is the leads will be encased in resin. Keep in mind that this is an assumption.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
