my 18 will be playing from about 55-60 down and the peerless sls 8's will take over up to about 300.

I have considered that...I also considered using 3 10s or something. I got an extended cab chevy so I got the room.

I am really liking the CVXs but I need to sell some stuff first.

Also look into angled mounting rings for the mids or kick pods and tweeter placement is also something to look into.
