SQ in an SUV

I've been trying to get a great SQL setup in my 2000 expedition. I had a 12W7, 10w6, 12L7, now I'm back to my 12W7. To be honest, it isn't what I'm listening for in SQ. I have 2 Alpine PDX amps, 4.150 rated @ 158 wrms per channel on the highs, and my 1.1000 is rated @ 1157 wrms to the sub. I'm trying to find a PXA-H701 for the Alpine touch screen to fine tune everything. I believe that to achieve a good system, it should be good before any EQ tweaking. I prefer one woofer due to the fact that I've become addicted to cargo spaceand need it. These are some options, Type R, Type X, W6, W7. On the type R and W6, I'll do 2 if I need to. Thanks, and any other woofers are welcome also. I just have easy access to the one's listed except for the Type X.

All of them are good sq woofers, also there is Cerwin Vege Stroker Pro that is supposed to be really nice, Image Dynamics IDMAX, IDQ, MTX 9500, 8500. There are lots to choose from. I personally like the sound of my IDMAX because is pretty much has the same output as the W7 with better sq and a fraction of the price. IMO Type R is not a SQ sub...Nor is a MTX 9500 at all. The Type X is a great sub sealed, it gets every low too. Go with a Type X or W6. The Image Dynamics IDMAX is great too, if you can get one id do that.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
