sq components - Image Dynamics or Hertz

I'm looking for a good sq component set. I have chosen to go with either image dynamics or hertz. I'm looking at the hertz hsk 165 or the image dynamics xs 57's, xs 65's or cxs 64's. I have a mtx 2300 that puts out 150x2 at 4 ohms. I need the comps to go down to 60hz. Which one of these sets best suits my needs? thanks for any help in advance. These are going into a 1998 ford explorer

I have heard the xs and cxs line of ID and they all sounded fantastic.

I personally haven't heard any Hertz stuff yet.

my friend is a local dealer for hertz and ID, so i can get the Idcxs64's for around $290.00 cdn. Not entering any sq comp's so was wondering if the cxs 64's are good enough?

I had the HSK165's and i liked them alot.

I am currently running the ID OEM midass and i LOVE them, they handle ALOT more power than the Hertz mids did (active) and they have quite a bit of detail.

(the OEM mids are eerily similar to the CXS mids)

thanks for the responses, i have stock 6x8's in the doors, so i think i will go with the xs 57's(5x7components). I hear they have more cone area than the xs 65's and play lower and sound incredible.Trying to make the install as easy as possible but not compromise sq.

I just swapped to CXS64s from Alpine Type Rs and WOW, so much clearer and cleaner, they definitely get as loud as I wanted too...

I'd say go with the xs69 for more cone area for that sweet midbass

i would like to use the xs 69's but it may be a lot of working getting them in my doors, although i do have stock 6x8's. I was told go with the xs 57's if any cause they'll fit plus they get lower than the xs 65's. Just want to know how they compare to the hertz hsk 165's cause my friend is telling me to go with the hertz and i don't think he's heard the xs57's.

I am using the entry level ID comps and i am super happy so i can just imagine how the higher level ID comps sound.
