SQ Anyone? got my eclipse subs. pics.

finally got them today. 10" Eclipse subs... going to get 2 more, eventually. i dont like how the box came out, i ****ed up on it quite a bit. ran out of leather to finish 'carpeting' the box. so ill redo the box when i get a chance. my digi cam went dead so this is the only picture i have of them right now. ill also re mount the woofer, just showing u how beefy it is lol

not hating- you just have a lot to learn... i like the eclipse subs, i just (personally) wouldnt of bought them if i didnt know what series they were... how do you price them, in that case?

I'm not doubting that, I'm doubting 4 10" subs for an SQ system.

I used black latex paint (not recommended) and polyurethane.

Eclipse subs do tend to like a smaller box to retain tight, accurate bass response, however it will alter the response curve in terms of SPL.

I know my 8200 sounds GREAT in 1 cube sealed, but the response curve is peaky. Still love eclipse subs though.

I guess, to be fair- sq is sooo subjective, what sounds good to me may not sound good to you, and vise-versa...

well when i say SQ im meaning i want it to sound very good, very tight. like sealed applications usually are. also want it to get loud. is that what you call "sql"? i heard these same subs in the same style box off of 1000wrms, it got fairly loud and sounded incredible.
