SQ: 12" vs. 15"

not really. YOu can get just about any size to sound good, its just a preference of music mostly. 10s 12s and 15s seem to have a slight difference in sound. 10s are a bit more punchy, 12s and 15s not as much. All can sound good though. Im not going to say their is a best, but Ive seen more 10s and 12s than anything.

I said 15's are the way to go because thats what I like, I wasnt stating it as a fact. I should have stated that, then i wouldnt have confused you. And like I said before its all in the box.

Don't forget, a 15 won't have to work as hard to hit any given volume level, that's always a plus. It'll also play a bit lower, which if you listen to a certain pipe organ track //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif , it's a good thing.

I love 15s, but I can fit more 12s in the car, so it would make sense to go with them. YOu take your pick in my situation 2 15s or 4 12s. 15s get louder, but most people can fit many more 12s in their cars than 15s, since they only require half the space.

it's also alot more expensive to have 4 12's when compaired to 2 15's.
