Well Im soon to be buying a 10" subwoofer possible 8" and most likely I will end up buying a 10" and a 8" to see which one I like better. I have been looking around for quite some time now and pretty much got 2 in mind. The IDQ and the rl-i. Does any one have any other suggestion for a sq 10" that is preferably around 500rms but does not have to be this high(i.e. IDQ)

TC1000 10" or 8"

Pretty much the same as an RL-i from my understanding.

But I'd just buy the TC 10 OEM, small sealed box and 28mm of excursion to bring out the lows if you have a little more cash and the mounting depth avail.
