Actually there smartass, I paid full price for my phones. Only reason I had a contract with them at all is because they refuse to let you add a line without signing a new 2 year. Sorry, I just couldn't see paying a Sprint bill for me, and a Verizon bill for my wife. As for not getting my way, well, their own supervisor said I would be getting the credit, and then they didn't give it up. If you tell someone you're gonna do something, you better do it, or prepare to suffer the consequences. In their case, getting their company smeared all over the internet, a claim filed with BBB, and I'm gonna try my best to get them blacklisted by the whole of the US military. If that works out, I hope they enjoy losing thousands of customers.

So why don't you come on down off your high horse there Tonto. I know it's probably pretty cold up there in ND, but I'm sure your brain hasn't frozen completely through just yet.

I still don't know why you want to scam him on an amp deal though. Makes no sense to me.

Oh, and FYI, Verizon, Cingular, and Alltel will all waive early termination fees if you move to a no service area. No questions asked, phone turned off. Funny though, Sprint won't do it. And they wonder why they're consistently rated the lowest on customer satisfaction surveys.

^^^People like you are the reason I quit working for sprint(Nextel). ***** to much! lol
I don't see how people deal with that kind of job. I know I would just tell me to **** off! But really, if they would just not lie, there would be nothing to ***** about. All they had to do was give me what THEY said they would, and it would have been cool. So, in my eyes, Sprint is definitely at fault on this one.

We've got sprint and have had a few problems.

We've got 4 phones on a plan with like 2200 minutes. Well, sprint adds a "credit limit" to every account to prevent you from being able to owe more than $200 per month, they didn't tell us that when we signed up. So every month for about 3 months the phones would just stop working, we couldn't receive calls, make calls or anything. That took about three hours on the phone with customer service trying to get it resolved. My dad finally had to send them a copy of his credit report to get the limit removed.

Our plan also includes unlimited roaming. Well about 3 months ago, I was going through the bill to see what they had charged us for since the bill was higher than it was supposed to be. They had been charging roaming on three out of the four lines, which had been costing an extra $20 or so per month. It took two visits to the Sprint store and one phone call to get that resolved.

I also don't agree with how they do their phone updates. My dad isn't easy on a phone and he damaged his pretty badly. We went into the sprint store to see if they could help us and we didn't get any help at all. They basically told us if it hadn't been two years we'd have to pay full price. So I had an older phone that I wasn't using anymore so we just had it switched to his number. We did this not knowing that it would "reset" the 2 year period on getting a new phone. So we went back to the Sprint store in June when it was time for him to get a new phone. They basically told us that we had to keep the same phone for two years, even though I had clearly explained to customer service that it'd just be a temp phone until he got a new one. We finally talked to the manager of the store and he was able to go back to when my dad had his old phone and give us the $150 credit on a new one.

Those are basically all the problems we've had recently. The only thing that's keeping us from switching to Verizon is the fact that we've got unlimited internet and text messaging for like $5/month on each line. Verizon wants $15/month per line just for unlimited text //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif and their internet is pretty expensive as well. If they ever switched that, then we'd probably change over to Verizon.

As far as them not charging the termination fee, I always thought if you moved to an area where the service wasn't available, then they wouldn't charge it. Of course, I read that on a site where people were trying to get out of their contracts by calling and doing that, so they may have stopped.

lol...Im not blaming you man. I heard atleast 2 times a day about a employee or supervisor promising something that was not done. Good luck!
The thing that killed me was how the girl just nonchalantly said, "they decided not to give you the credit". That floored me. I was actually speechless for 1/2 a second. Then I asked her if that was a normal business practice of Sprint's, and she said yes!!! Absolute insanity that this company is still around! They don't even have the nice phones like all the others!

uh, i agree wholeheartedly. that is why you should stfu and pay the fee you cheap bastard.

Plus i do not believe you paid full price for the phones, you're a liar and a complainer. Also you're cheap.

I do see why you had a problem though. it would be hard to read the contract seeing as you are illiterate and all. I live in SD.

SD, ND all the same, cold flat nothingness. And I bought both phones off eBay. And when we're talking about $300 worth of their early termination fees, you'd blow a gasket too.

So stop trying to be an e-thug and saying you would just shut up and color. Because if you would, then you have just proven that you are nothing more than a mindless zombie, who will do whatever it is that someone in a percieved position of power tells you to do. And since that's the case, I am God, so go shoot yourself so we can start cleaning up the gene pool. Have fun on the reservation.

you should stop trying to be a phone-thug, breaking the agreements you make and then complaining about it on the interwebs.

Oh i forgot its ok when you break agreements, but not when other people do it.

That sounds like something the terrorist would do. You and your anti-American ways make me sick. Personally, i want American children to live, I'm sorry you feel otherwise.

oh and u shut up and color.

Oh yeah, I'm the anti-american that defends your rights to live in a wasteland, accusing servicemembers of being terrorists.

And I don't think it is I that makes you sick, it's all the semen you ingest every day. Don't you know too much protien is actually bad for you?
