so a freind has been having problems wiht them and so have i. if i or him decide to mail them back say a box full of sh1t with the bill is that legal? can they do anything? or would sending it with a penny be more of a way of spitting on their faces?

if you have a contract they will be 'spitting' in your face. ANything sent through the us mail service is subject to Federal laws///.hence, anything considered hazardous, biologically or otherwise, could be a punishable offense.

I'm not really sure what you are trying to accomplish. Sending them a penny won't be spitting in their face.....they'll simply disconnect your service for nonpayment (assuming he never pays the remaining balance) and send the account to a collection agency ruining your friends credit and costing him hundreds more than the original bill had he just paid it.....not to mention the pending legal action the collection agency might take such as obtaining a judgment and garnishing his wages. Who's face would end up getting spat on ??

And as was mentioned....I would seriously advise against sending a biological hazard via the United States Postal Service

ok ill go with the penny and i dont have a contract with them anymore. just that they charged me for vision wihtout me ordering it for a couple of months i got refund for most but not all i made a complaint to the BBB but like always tehy wherent no help and now when i use my wireless it cuts out all the time i know its sprint f'ing with me cause my wireless connection works fine just not my sprint card

well im thinking of renwing my contract but to **** them over with the roaming hack they cant do anything then. i just want them to pay for stiffing me!
