Sponsership?

Well, they sent me an email with 15 companies contracts/sponsored prices. I got a full sponsorship from DeacalKits.com (LOL) I get a "1 free product & $40 max to get started" Don't really understand that. There are some pretty good deals on just about everything. I save like 40% off bodykits and bumpers. I get great deals on rims by Kyowa, I can get a set of 4 wheels for $388 they sell for $186/each on every other site. I also get 100SQft. of sound deadner from R-blox? for like $135. Get a free dvd and 2 decals from Max it out video. Along with some other decent deals. They havent billed me yet, but probably will even tho I asked them not to twice.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

Figured I would update for those who are either interested, or just curious.

They are pretty easy to deal with. I do not think they billed me yet, they offered to give me a refund if they did bill me. They email you back within a day with all questions, I guess pretty good customer service.

I figured out that the "1 free product & $40 max" from decalkits.com means that I get 1 product $40 or less to start with, once I send them pics and stuff, they said I would get better deals.

Don't know if I will ever have the money to buy anything from them, I am having to use my taxes to get my ****** rebuilt //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fart.gif.9285a21c4a53b1a914c9dedbfcf9d894.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Already did it. I must say that you are partially wrong, I have heard of all the companies that are offered. StreetFX, Blaupunkt, Tsunami audio, and a few others, I am sure we all heard of those.

Decalskits.com, flamez kit, max-it-out, monkey video, can't remember the others, are the ones I have not heard of before, but seem to be pretty big.

Their customer service is pretty good, I would say, they always replied to my emails within 24 hours, and the worked with me to hold off on the billing.

It's not like you are going to get a bunch of free stuff, but there is some pretty good deals, Iam saving $250 on some rims, and $200 on undercar light kits, $300 on a bodykit

sponsorship isnt something that you pay for... its something that you have to earn
Not actually paying for the sponsorship, paying for the company finding the sponsorships. The sponsorships are free, just gotta find them.

I just find it hard to believe manufactures are actually looking for people to give free goods/discounts too... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

It's supposed to be a business booster. You are promoting their product. They only give all the free stuff to people who they think will heavy promote their products. They want you to go to as many car shows since you have their name on their car. You have to take pictures at the car shows, or whatever to show them that you participated, and so they will give you better deals/free stuff.

i applied for a sponsorship and they said to get it i have to pay 85$ but we had a lawyer look at it and he said it was legit but you don't get anything free you have to pay over half for any part ,and you have to buy all parts through them sp i turned them down.

That place will sponsor anybody.

They aren't doing any searches for sponsors. Those companies probably pay that "sponsorship searching" company to use their products. The companies giving you a "discount" on the products are no doubt still making money on the sales.

It's free advertising because those are the companies you HAVE TO USE, and the companies will still make money off it. So basically, you are paying THEM to advertise on YOUR car.

I totally agree. It's hard enough to get a sponsorship when you've been competing for a while let a lone just givng out sponsorships for nothing. Sounds fishy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif
