Are Spl subs supposed to be loud outside the car cause you can barely hear mine.. but inside it is loud.. where do you get them testers that tell you that ya hit 140 db or w/e what are they called

microphones are pretty expensive, it would be best just to go to a local shop that has one or a competition and get yourself metered. and actually its good if you cant really hear the bass outside the car cuz then it wont draw as much attention from the wrong people and you have a lesser chance of gettin your stuff jacked.
