why not try to scrimp up the extra $100 and get an RE MT 15" on the gorupd deal.. shipped for $400 can't beat that
12" SX is $240 shipped

but overall just look at the reviews off the stuff, and the actual competition proof of how loud they will get.

I have read numerous palces that once you set things back to normal (out of burp/spl mode) the mt is not that bad musically. Same as alot of guys are running SX's for daily drivers.

I've read from many that they didnt like the sx daily. Said the lowend was subpar and quite disappointing. Again is this gonna be a Daily sub, competition or both. If you're asking for a pure spl sub, I dont see why you care about how it sounds.

From my experience with the MT, it is a great daily sub as well as comp sub. I absolutely love my MT's.

in my position i wont go with type r because 1. too much power 2.i had 4 10s with 2 3000.1 amps i smoked them faster than i did the 4 cvrs and they dont compare to what i have now and i said earlier in my post i want strictly spl just a fat fart out of my woofer and i already have a daily driver. please more options. thanx
