spl vs sound quality

Both can get really expensive, But it can be relatively cheap to just get loud if you don't care about quality. You cannot go cheap if you want good quality.

I'd say SQ fanatics...

SPL fans spend major bucks in amps, and subs...

But SQL Fanatics spend major bucks in amps, subs, head units, processors, equalizers, crossovers, front-stage, RCA's, etc.

There's a lot more on the grocery list of SQ fans.

**** thats interesting ive never seen a pair for that much is there any way you could link some? Not trying to be a smartass.

I think it could go either way, just depends how "ballz out" you wanna go with either setup. You could buy custom equipment with nothing but the best parts, that could run thousands or even hundreds of thousands. Like the other guy said - W I D E open question.

sql=most expensive keeping all attributes of sq and hitting high numbers doing it is expensive.

I would have to say since sq is more install than actual product then spl is probably more expensive. You do not need a 10k set of comp. to have a good hq setup. You do however need megawatts to hit 150's and higher along with lots of cone area
