SPL is overrated

Have many classes for highest frequency allowed?
A 50hz' date=' 40hz, 35hz, 30hz, 25hz class etc?

Still have sub-classes for other variables already put into classes too I assume?[/quote']

Ya, something like that.

Some orgs have frequency based classes, like 20-29hz, 30-39hz, etc.
I think that is the way it should be done.

Ya I get trying to be as loud as possible part. This just might be me, but being loud at high frequencies is easier and it seems like everybody is doing it. But I understand, winning is winning. I think they should make a class where you can only burp at 35 hz or lower. Now that would be some fun //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
We have a thing in colorado called "low end monster" where you pull a freq out of a hat (between 25-40hz) and you and your opponent have to play that frequency. eliminates the burp box. we had a guy do 150+ at 25hz at the last show we did it at

aq subs like a higher tuning too. but they will still play low even tuned upper 30s low 40s. some subs just work better in a higher tuned box

i think usaci should have frequency caps on their streetbeat classes (where you compete to see who is loudest on "music"). i mean come on...who listens to 65hz songs on a daily....buuuuzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

crx+fart box+bass cube= not music //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

what about the guys that run dd stuff. for the most part they have to tune on the higher side. i allways wanted to try dd is there any numbers at around 32hz?
You don't really have to tune them high. DD just recommends it because it makes sure their subs are loud which is what they are known for. Plus you can beat on them and not bottom them out and even if you do they take it pretty good.
