its plasic, with a clear window, and heaps of fine lines.

Lets say you or (I) decide to move in these apartments, and decide to pay my rent for a whole year in advance so you worry about no payment making of any sort. If I put over 2k down, is someone going to be investigating where the cash came from or no? Someone mentioned in the last thread something about over 2 grand.

don't use cash like that. having experience w/ landlords i can tell you the first thing they will think...

"great, we just rented our house out to drug dealers, this is going to be a long year."

I'm not exactly sure why you can't just give her rent money on a monthly basis like normal people? And if you have so much available cash, why not just get a bank account and have billpay setup so you can have it automatically sent to the landlord. You still can be just as lazy as before without any risk of being investigated.

If this was more of an attention thing 1. No one cares if you sell drugs, we all know someone who does or have ourselves and 2. congrats on running the risk of keeping that much cash out of the bank.
