Spec5 Deck Install For Me

Ok Well Since I should do it right I pulled my system out..lol yeah Im redoing it..

 

Lets just start with the deck & Arc Audio gear..

CD7200 MKII I got (1) of the 20 ok..(Inside Joke)

One thing I hate about most decks is the Cheap a$$ RCA's

I Also Hate RCA conectors.. so here is what i did to get over it

 

I pulled All the Unused Pins Out of the harness on the Deck & Car Harness

Solderd them & heat shrink

 

Custom RCA's From Arc IDX to XEQ

 

To Get To The Eclipse RCA Harness

 

I had to pull this out first

 

To get to this

 

You gotta Pull that glossy black screen behind the deck to get the CD mec out..

 

Cut the Eclipse Heatshrink Off & You Find This

Fallowed By Left & Right

 

Almost Done

 

Next Set

you just replaced the old rcas with higher grade right? or did you take high level and switch to rcas?

Its not so hard..

takes time but the overall work is not so hard..
