Sparks and blown fuse from RCA__somthings not right

short version

I sent my amp in to get fixed. it was returned, fixed.

hooked up power, ground, remote and speakers.

listened for sound... nothing.

oh, wait! need to plug in the RCA cables

try putting on i and blue current shoots from the rca to the RCA plug in the amp.

no fuse blow. silly me, I try again. touch the RCA male to female, and jolt....blue light, and blown fuse.

I have never seen anything like this.

I can take the amp apart because of the start pattern bolts.

did this guy that fixed my amp F it up?

He certainly did **** it up.

Attemp to touch the male outer part of the RCA to it's respective location without touching the inner.

...could easily be a capasitator installed in reverse that is discharging on your rca lines.
