Spare tire

Should I just move the spare tire to the back seat after my trunk is filled with amps and a big *** sub box?

It just seems like it would be a real hassel to access the spare tire if I needed 2...

**** it up. I have a box that requires the sub to be removed to get out. Get roadside assistance and shell out the cash for a tow or get spare rim at home ready to go

man I was just pondering this same thing today, especially since I don't even have terminal cups and no way to undo the wiring without also taking out the back seats! So I'm with you thinking it might just be easier if and when it's needed.

I'm not paying for a tow unless I absolutely have to. I'll be stuck in my car for over an hour and have to pay some dude $100+.

I guess I will put it behind the drivers seat... The car is a beater anyway.

Since it's a beater throw it in back. You could also get a portable cig lighter pump and a couple cans of fix a flat to save backseat room.

Is it a full size spare or a mini?

I've been debating this for a while in my grand cherokee, if i want to just take the spare out and use that space for batteries or not. as it stands right now if i have a flat i'm gonna need help to get my box out anyway or completely fuck it up trying to get it out myself.

last time i used a fix-a-flat can, i didnt need to add more air on the tire

I don't remember the last time I had to use one. I do know that it's not needed per the instructions but I'd still get one of those $10-15 pumps just incase, they do come in handy.

especially if you got a slow leak on a tire.
