Spam Phone Calls

I keep getting a call from 352-357-4151.

This is the second florida number i have had this problem with.

Caller wants me to re-fiance my mortgage (Oh Yeah Did I Mention I Dont Have One)

When i ask for callers company name - they wont tell me

When i ask for callers supervisor - they are in a meeting sir

When i ask them to put me on there do not call list - they once again try there sales pitch

When i tell them i work for the F.C.C. and charges are going to be pressed - They Hang Up

Im on every do not call list i can find.

Isnt there any legal action that can be taken against these company's.

Any Suggestions???

get on the do not call list. there is a web site try to google it. or change your number/

And its a fairly new number like 3-4 months ago.

so i don't think that is going to solve the problem.

go along...start giving him information (not yours but information) tell him your interested....start negotiating a percentage, but don't give your social

Also spammers usually call retards that can't post in the correct forum

This is really true. They realize your ****ing with them and they won't call back.

if you record it, etc etc.. im sure u can blackmail them with sending the convo and everything if u can get where they are from.. Then either say ill take you to court or i want xxxx.xx money..yes thousands.

I remember watching on yahoo a guy who had 6-7 phone lines and registered for every do not call list but also put is phone number out all over the place on the internet..

He mad about 4-6k per company that called him
