Sourcing

Well I have a bit of a dillema.

I'm trying to source out these two last pieces I need to repair

and amplifier.

They are labelled Q3 and Q4 respectively

The amplifier is a RF T30001

I'm attaching a pic of the two parts I need and their placement on the

actual board

I think I see a cap, resistors and maybe transistors? Are there any numbers on them at all? If so just plug them into digikey and see what pops up.

I think Q3 & 4 are transistors. I'm not sure.

Did you try calling RF?

they are transistors..

I spoke with the people at RF and they've been very helpfull.

however they do not have these two particular pieces in stock they said.

I was however given model numbers for both which I tried sourcing out on mouser and digikey with not much success.

This is what I have

Q3 is PNP80VCESOT-23

Q4 is NPN80VCESOT-23

I entered the part numbers into both digikey and mouse and came up with nothing.

I may not be entering the numbers correctly or they may need to be spaced or something of the sort. I'm not sure at this point unfortunately.

If anyone has experience or can help with this it would be greatly appreciated.

I can't get them to work either. Tried substituting 0's/O's/D's nothing. Were those numbers given to you or what's on there?

they were given to me by the RF peeps..

they said that the Q3 and Q4 transistors come up as this particular part number each.
