Sounstream XXX-15kd internals vs. XXX-10kd PICS!!!

YES I REALIZE I FORGOT THE D IN SOUNDSTREAM IN THE THREAD TITLE

So I'm really bored right now and thought I would take some pics of the 15kd internals vs the 10kd internals while I still have the 10k's layin around,

I know there's pics of the 15k internals on the web already but here's some close ups.









what I noticed with the 15k is that the RCA inputs go into an actual card instead of a replaceable module like on the 10k. Sooo if you accidentally break off the rca jacks in the socket.....eh lets just say it won't be an easy fix



Needless to say the 15k is much cleaner, probably why the included a plexi-glass back with the amp. If you have OCD, this amp is for you. I love the 10k's, and they hold their own, but the 15kd is just on another level by itself..

Theirs a guy here with a Bagged F-150 with 4 15" SPLX Soundstream Quad 1's on 2 XXX 10k's and it pounds so hard it'll TKO your ***...

I have the test sheet for this thing and it is true, I wouldn't have bought it if the specs weren't correctly rated

as for the question above of 14V ratings... you're probably looking at around 12-13K

I was told the MSRP is $5899, haven't actually seen these sold anywhere so I don't know.

Ok so we all know the 10k doesn't do 10,000 like it says, but that amp was a bastard child amp, (even though I still like them ) but this amp lives up to it's name

The 15k is totally differant topoligy from the 10k.Very nice clean set up.I think alot of companies are going to a more effecient cleaner looking board with all the new technology coming out.
