Soundstream

I have a brand new vehicle and I am thinking about running 3 t5 tarantulas but wanted some opinions. I don't want anything to shake it apart but something with good bass. I am powering with a planet audio 2400. If soundstream is not a good choice please give me other ideas. I am not looking to spend an arm and a leg.

So the new t5s are good I take it. How do they do as far as power can you overpower them or are they overrated?

Soundstream is good now but a few years ago they were the best and they used to be made in the USA. When i can upgrade i will buy some of their subs tho

there amps are great the 2 that i have stay nice and cool and are not that power hungry

One of my friends had a pair of the T5 15" Soundstreams.....running off of a Soundstream PCA 2000D...and it gets mighty loud in a stupid probox..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

And I'm a huge soundstream guy....I've owned the SPL-X 12", the XXX 15", 4 of the T4's 15's...and a SS Van Gogh 12"...

All never dissapointed me...extremely loud subwoofers...

I think I am going to go with the tarantula 2000 and 3 reference 12's(600 rms) The only thing is I will be running the amp below one ohm do you think it will kill the amp

from the specs all their amps see fairly efficient. probably a bit of distortion but heck. BOOM BOOM
