Is that a burn mark on the back? What does it look like under that mat?

Not a burn mark, just the goop from the dynomat.

The guy i bought it from felt the need to put vibration dampener on the bottom of the amp (as you can see)

It never bothered me, and didnt interfere with the operation of the amp, so I just left it.
