Soundstream Rubicon 255 5-Channel Amp

Anyone know anything about these amps? What's the specs? I've heard these Rubicon's are very under rated, is that true?

I can't seem to find any info on them.

There's a guy local to me on Craig's List with one, and is selling it for a decent price.
