dont send anything to soundstream to be repaired for sure..
they got my amp, took them a week to repair it..good time in my opinion. but they "forgot to ship" it for 5 weeks. even with me calling them atleast once every week and them saying "oh ok our bad sorry, itll go out tomorrow for sure!"
