Pca 1500 and 2000s yes,but the 3500 will not come close to its rated power.

Whats the budget.

Power Acoustik has an amp that will do 2k,the 3000d,the same as the SS PCA 2000d.

my pca2000d was an awesome amp. until one day i was being stupid and blew it. sent it off for repair, blew. sent it off for repair, blew.

got a new amp, blew. new one, blew. (having friends that work at soundstream FTW!)

thats when i stopped buying soundstream.

i've read that soundstream used to be very good but has gone down in quality in recent years. not sure how accurate that is but just wanted to let you know.
