i picked up one of these today.

i also got 2 12" dual 2 ohm t5's.

would i be able to run it at .5ohm daily?

you think after box rise it would be around 1 ohm?

im pretty sure it's rated correctly, at least close to it. nice thing about soundstream amps, they dont really get warm, had a trx1000.1.

you didnt pay $780 for that amp did you?

i paid 450 for the amp, both subs, a soundstream bass processor, and a soundstream cap.

all like new.

yes it puts out rated but I wouldnt run that at .5 ohms, the only series that is really stable at that is the XXX line, (with an exception to the Dtower3400)

not a bad price, have you heard the subs? ive always been curious to know what they sounded like. i use to run soundstream HU and amps.

I have those subs, just took them out today to replace them with my new XXX-15's. They are bad ***, they snapped the screws right off the baffle, so I'd suggest using bolts and t-nuts on the t5's. They sound great, have solid lows and 2 of them in a good enclosure with half the screws snapped can do about a 145 legal on 1300 watts clamped in my hatch. I'm sure they can do more but before I had the chance I got my new gear.
