I am thinking about buying this amp to run my two goliaths. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them, and if they put out their rated power?

major recall issue by soundstream, they are trying to fix now.

Ok, that was good to know then, cause i was considering buying one of these. How about the 6,500D? is that the same way?

does the goliath sub have a 4 inch voice coil?

Ur sayin they only blow up if the voltage drop below 12 volts? If so get an electrical system noob

No it wasnt that. It was some issue I believe where if they just sat at like 1 ohm or lower for a while they would blow up. Theres a thread on it at termpro, the issue is resolved, or being resolved right now.

lots of amps will blow with abuse and voltage

Is anybody on here running a 3500d? Sorry to thread jack but I'm looking into one of these as well and I'd really like to see if anybody has some first hand experience with em either positive or negative.
