i would say so

i am not sure what kind of power that thing puts out but i doubt it will do 1700 or even 1200. but who knows, i could be wrong.

if you want cheap power, try power acoustik, either the a1800db, a2400db, or a3000db depending on how much power you need. they do pretty close to rated power and are solid amps.
