Soundstage Help!]

So I'm running components, 6x9s, and two 12 inch subs. I want to add a 6.5 JL Sub to my rear deck to get really snappy bass. But I'm worried it will pull soundstage to rear?

I can never tell my subs are behind me, but I'm thinking the higher frequencies from a 6.5 would always sound like it's behind me. Is this right?

how about some more info on what your running...ie: amps, deck etc etc....and the car.

Alpine CDA-9887 w/ Imprint

Polk SR6500's in the doors

Infinity 693.9i's in the rear

Two 12" Infinity Reference subs - sealed box

4-channel - Polk PA500.4

2-channel - Kenwood KAC-7204

Potentially Adding: JL Audio W6v3 in the rear deck

One thing I noticed is that the Imprint technology hates bass. Tends to rob the speakers of lower frequencies.
