I prefer SS's drivers over RE's for the most part. And from what I've witnessed, Mike's customer service > RE's. They'll both take care of you in the end...but it seems Mike is much quicker the majority of the time.

Everytime i call re they answer on the 3rd or 4th ring.......... So i say re

I have bought subs from both. SoundSplinter was superior in the customer service.
