They also have prolly the worst cs I have experienced for an internet brand.

I think they are both equally stand up companys, with great products. RE is leauges ahead of Soundsplinter in the retail department though They're just a larger company.

I'm a little biased, i havent had any problems. My first MX one of the terminals was stripped and i got it replaced the same day through my authorized dealer. If its true that TC sounds is SS then i'll stay with RE anyday, i tried for a long time to get ahold of them for a 4hp a few months back and never got anywhere.

I prefer SS's drivers over RE's for the most part. And from what I've witnessed, Mike's customer service > RE's. They'll both take care of you in the end...but it seems Mike is much quicker the majority of the time.
