I fed my rl-p with 1100 rms in a medium ported box and it took it like a champ, sounded good and seemed to reach full excursion but never bottomed out

ls1pimp, are you 100% sure that the sub was bottoming out and you werent just clipping it? because even with ur gains set the same and the xxx clipping, you might not be able to hear it due to the xbl^2 and other things like how solid and durable that sub is. Im Just wondering because Ive NEVER bottomed out my rl-ps ported off my Orion 2500d.

he got rid of them, it doesnt matter.
