kind of what i was thinking...it would be expected for him to pop back up with the leading on they did, but it's pretty unrealistic to believe that a guy got shot in the skull with a 9mm in frigid weather condition, not properly clothed in bare feet, in the winter in rural NJ...i mean i know he's some russian solider god but still...David Chase wouldn't turn it into a schwarzenegger movie...plus they would have done it sooner, not in the last season...

well he was "about to get whacked" but Tony was very unsure of the relationship, he thought very heavily about it, but in the end he cant bring himself to do it because Pauly is his mentor, Pauly was with him on his first kill and most of his first jobs, he's like a father to him more than a co-worker or associate...

why does season 6 have so many episodes? im downloading up to s6e16 so far... is it going up to 20 to finish off the series?

they split the season by like a year.. showed first half of season 6.. these last eps are the second half of the last season.

I think last nights episode indicates that the series has, or is about to, jump the shark.
