I am going to build my box tomorrow. Thinking I may opt for a circle port over a slot port.
Woofer is Sundown X12 d4 rev.2
Car is Scion XB 2008 (hatchback/suv kind of vehicle)
The website recommends a 40 square inch port (doesnt say how long)
I have attached a picture of the dimensions of recommended enclosure.
Have you used a sonotube for a port? How did it hold up? Any excessive port noise? Other options?
I did the math and 40 inch square is approx 7.5 inch circle so Im thinking 8 inch. How would I know how long to make it?
