That is not always true. Crutchfield can have some great deals from time to time. But yes some of their products can be a bit pricy. I ordered a set of focal's Monday afternoon and at my house weds. Exactly, I ordered from Crutchfield multiple times and everything shipped within 24 hours, usually same day. This is the second time this happened with Sonic. I understand that something happened during inventory check, but if you knew it was going to back up orders you should TELL the customer either on the front page or during checkout...Especially if this was an issue on the 2nd! I shouldnt have to wait 3 days and then have to call to figure out wtf is going on..That is not always true. Crutchfield can have some great deals from time to time. Kevin - you are right. It should not have happened this way. But why aren't you spending as much time on the phone or emailing *SonicElectronix* and insisting they correct the situation. You won't get resolution if you don't ask for it - if you had asked, you probably could have had them send the order P1 (overnight) when you found out it had not shipped. You have made your point on the forum, but no one here is going to fix the situation for you. I agree. I just ordered stuff from crutchfield & soundqubed both shipped the next day. Tell them you want to cancel your order then. That should light a fire...I've made 2 phone calls and about 6 emails. Ive tried to get faster shipping or at least a guarantee for it to ship out today at least... doesn't look like either is going to happen. Oh well.
Hopefully it DOES ship today instead of Monday.. Waiting a WEEK just for an item to ship is just ridiculous to me...
