Millionbuy has treated me very well thought out the years. If they have something I need thats where I get it. Good customer service, and honor warranty with no questions. Even covered shipping both ways for me.

Yep, shipping is free. Plus, I have been dealing with them for many years and this is only the second mishap. The first time they sent me the wrong dashboard kit/wire harness and they next day shipped the correct one. This time, they shipped me the wrong Stealthbox and I waited close to a month to get it!

Don't get me wrong, I realize that sheet happens. It just sucks when you are the one that it happens to!

I have done many purchases from SonicElectronix on both the actual site, and the eBay store. NEVER have I had a bad experience with them, and that's with about $5,000 worth of transactions, and none being over $200 at a single time. 5,000 / 200 = 25 transactions at the least. They are a great store, in my experience. I would never hesitate to buy from them again. I have never done any returns, as the people I bought the products for have not complained about them.

As far as companies go Crutchfield is A++ Top notch. However, and this is a BIG however... you pay for it with their prices. I have ordered several things from crutchfield and their service and return policy has been outstanding. But it should be for the prices they charge (Full MSRP for most items)

Sonicelectronix - I have placed one order with them. It shipped fast and the product arrived as described. I could not be happier.

I've dealt with both crutchfield and sonicelectronix. Crutchfield is wayyyy more expensive most of the time. I've never had a problem with either of them but I prefer sonicelectronix. The only thing that bugged me was that they refused to ship something to a different address than was listed on my credit card when I was at college. But it was for security reasons of course to make sure I was indeed who I said I was and not just using someone else's card.

I've bought TONS of stuff from them and never had a problem with any of it. My first purchase from them was a PPI DCX 600.4 that was listed at $700 but was on sale for $225! I picked it up in a hurry and it was great. Shipping was quick and packaging is always neat. I ran the piss out of that amp in the Texas heat and never had problems. I bought my Focal 165V1's from them off their Ebay store for $180 two years ago. Again, shipping was promt and everything was as it should be. I've still got those Focals in my car.

Sounds like sublime beats the piss out of headunits.....

yeah sonicelectronix doesnt load on my computer either lol.

I do like crutchfield, and i like how they include all the harnesses and dash kits and all that crap, not to mention awesome customer service.

I've never had a problem with sonic electronix or Millionbuy and have dealt with both multiple times. 2 eclipse HU's, no probems.

What they FAIL to make clear to you is that when you ship it back for replacement or repair, it takes SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS. NO head unit for 2 months. **** that.

Not to be a dick, but how long do you think it should take to fix something? Keeping in mind that there are probably plenty of units ahead of yours. They can't guarantee 2-4 weeks in case they have to order parts/wait for shipping/etc.

And how did they fail to make it clear? Before you hit submit is a window is supposed to pop up and say "Hey! Repairs take 6-8 weeks. :fyi:"? Everything is posted on their site.

Repairs are completed by a third party service center and take approximately 6-8 weeks to be completed. You must also allow additional time for shipping to and from the service center, as well as time returning the item to you (the customer) from our company.

I don't work for Sonic Electronix or anything, just generally confused as to how you think they should operate.
