i just purchased my 30 band eqfrom there.. shipped next day.. packaged and worked great.. free shipping =)

ill defently order from them again.. plus they are (at least) kicker authorized... so i dont think they can be that bad

good place to buy but returns kinda **** and warranty is iffy

they will warrant your product but you have to pay shipping plus 40 bucks to look at it.

Warranty to me means they pay shipping or atleast help with shipping (when they ship out)

and repairs are taken care of at no cost

good place to buy but remember if something goes wrong your better off buying something else

I have ordered a few things from them and had one come DOA. I called them after the 30 days that they allow for returns and told them the situation of why I didn't know it was broken until after the 30 days. They were quick and helpful and replaced it at no cost to me at all except shipping back to them. Some places just would have kept telling me that it was past the 30 day warranty time but they didn't.

ordered my equips from them. Everything shipped next day, and was VERY well packaged. Even the 45\50 lb sub box was boxed and foam peanutted. Still trying to clean that up. Everall excellent service so far. I have gotten to test anything yet, I am waiting for my subs to come from another site.
