they answer within 3 rings everytime i call, kb audio was kinda hard, but i found out i had to call around like 4pm EST

I've ordered several times from sonic; fast as hell shipping, packed well.

it took them about 2-5 days for them to reply to my price request.

they shaved 5 dollars off my pioneer 770mp =D haha. "because they gave free installation accessories" which is understandable.

also i called them, didnt relaly have that much of a problem.

I really dont want to buy anywhere else except for there. Good prices. Good service, got my HU within 5 days.

No they have not responded. I know alot of you are saying call them, but in my opinion I don't think I should have to call them about a price match request when they have gone through the trouble of automating the procedure on their website. It says on their site that they will respond within 24 hours, so I just don't find it unreasonable that I would want a reply. Even if they told me no, I would appreciate that more than simply not responding.
